Shipping Policy

Good news: there is nothing to ship! Every product at CrochetAcademy is a digital PDF pattern — no boxes, no waiting, no shipping fees, and no customs charges. Ever.

How delivery works

  • Instant access: as soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
  • Email backup: within a few minutes you will also receive an email with your download link(s) at the address used at checkout.
  • Re-download anytime: your links remain available, so you can save your patterns to any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

Have you not received your pattern?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder and the Promotions tab (Gmail).
  2. Search your inbox for "crochetacademy".
  3. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email us at contact@crochetacademy.shop with your order number and we will restore your access right away.

File format

All patterns are delivered as high-quality PDF files with step-by-step instructions and photos. You can read them on any device with a free PDF reader, and print them at home if you prefer working from paper.
