All products sold on this site are digital PDF crochet patterns delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Delivery, refunds, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use it. You may:

  • Use the pattern for your personal crochet projects.
  • Sell the finished, handmade items you create from the pattern in limited quantities (credit to CrochetAcademy is appreciated but not required).

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, publish, or upload the pattern file (in whole or in part) anywhere, free or paid.
  • Translate, modify, or repackage the pattern for sale as your own.
  • Use the pattern, its photos, or its text for mass production or commercial manufacturing.

3. Intellectual property

All patterns, images, text, and branding on this site are the property of CrochetAcademy and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright legislation.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Accuracy of content

We work hard to make every pattern clear and error-free. If you find a mistake, contact us and we will correct it and send you the updated file free of charge.

6. Limitation of liability

Our patterns are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrochetAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
